4Prompt delivery, easy install. Decent quality that is appropriate for the price paid
By MJC
First, delivery was very prompt: We ordered it on Saturday and it was delivered, with free shipping, four days later on Wednsday. Thursday I spent about two hours installing it. The only gripe is the knockouts for the ducts. There is no way I could pry them out with a screwdriver. I ended up bending them a bit with the screwdriver and the used a single-ended hacksaw to cut through the tabs. Annoying but easy to deal with. Like all under-cabinet ducts the mounting holes are not anywhere near the side walls of the cabinets so I had to install strips of wood to the bottom of the cabinets but that is normal. Annoying but normal. There were a few minor scuffs in the paint on the top but those are covered by the cabinet. It is also quieter than the Broan model that we replaced this with. Nice product and glad be bought it. Plus it was $20 cheaper even paying (like a good citizen) Illinois Use Tax than the options available locally.
